 Delivery information 

Order processing takes 1 working day. 

• US & Canadian orders are shipped from our warehouses in Arizona and South Carolina.
• All UK and European orders are dispatched from our warehouse in the Netherlands. 
• Australian & NZ orders are dispatched from our warehouses in Melbourne, Australia and Christchurch, New Zealand. 

Our shipping carriers are:

• US orders are shipped with UPS.
• Canadian orders are shipped with DHL. 
• European orders are shipped with UPS or GLS.
• UK orders are shipped with UPS. 
• Australian orders are shipped with Australia Post, Direct Freight Express or DHL.
• New Zealand orders are shipped with New Zealand Post or DHL.

Express Shipping: We aim for 1-4 working days (Mon-Fri) for delivery. 

Economy Shipping: We aim for 3-7 working days (Mon-Fri) for delivery. 

We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes due to the size and volume of some of our products.

Customs and Import Duties

George & Willy ships your package Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) and all prices quoted include tax, which can be claimed back by tax-registered businesses. Depending on your destination country, you may also be required to pay additional customs or duties.
